Please do not overlook this gem of wellness!

Nails stronger
Though I do use Collagen, it is more obvious that my nails strengthen and grow with this addition to my regimen. I don't have to keep clipping them short because of splitting. They now grow normally and strongly. Biotin really has a great effect on my nails and even the texture of my hair which is full and thick.
