Product Review - Nail Care Kit

Bought two as stocking stuffers for Christmas and the clasp on each one wasn't very friendly. Probably won't return them but not sure I'll use them as gifts. Disappointed for sure.

This is the first concern of this type we have received and we would like to resolve it for you! These kits are designed to hold each tool in a specific location in the case. If the tools are put back in a different location that may cause the case to be difficult to close. Would you please help advise what specifically you found unfriendly about the clasps of these kits?
