Directions for Use
Pour 3 small capfuls (9.9 g) of Isotonix® Bromelain Plus powder into your favorite cup.
Add 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water and stir until fully dissolved.
Maximum absorption occurs when taken on an empty stomach. If mixed with other Isotonix products, add 2 oz of water for each capful.

This product was just what I needed, after workouts I like to mix it with OPC-3 and Prime Joint Support Formula, 1st it tastes great! and this combo really helped with my recovery , especially when I was doing HITT training on the daily. I just always felt ready to hit the next day running!

Curious Flavor!
I like the action of Bromelain Plus; it does seem to help with physical comfort. However, I don't care for the cherry flavor, reminds me too much of cherry cough syrup! I was expecting it to taste like pineapple, since that is what it's derived from. Why not flavor it with pineapple juice?

Helps me recover from weight training
I notice a lot less soreness if I take a serving of this after I do a weight lifting workout. The flavor is great by itself or mix it with Trim Team for a nice refreshing drink.
