I won't miss a day
When I was first introduced to OPC-3, a super antioxidant as I was told, I wasn't even familiar with that term yet. It was almost 30 years ago. It sounded interesting and my fitness clients would want to know more, so I did as I always do, and started taking the product. Easy to take, first thing in the morning on am empty stomach.
