Please do not overlook this gem of wellness!
As a Functional Medicine health practitioner, I have been wary of gummies--however, important always to keep an open mind. The formula of these gummies is excellent, the outcomes for my clients outstanding. My 88 year old has been using these for 4 years---after 6 weeks (remember, working naturally with our bodies takes a little more time), her hair has been healthier, growing faster and thicker, her nails no longer brittle and breaking (she loves the more frequent trips to the hair and nail salon!). Nails stronger
Though I do use Collagen, it is more obvious that my nails strengthen and grow with this addition to my regimen. I don't have to keep clipping them short because of splitting. They now grow normally and strongly. Biotin really has a great effect on my nails and even the texture of my hair which is full and thick.
