There are three main contributing factors to the effective use of Snap Crystal Clean Automatic Dishwashing Crystals. If you have hard water, you will want to add slightly more than ½ tablespoon of the dish crystals into your dishwasher to improve cleaning ability. Water temperature is key to proper dissolving of the crystals to effectively remove stains and residue. Use hot water at approximately 120° F. Check the setting on your water heater to ensure proper temperature. Finally, unless you have hard water, use no more than the ½ tablespoon recommended. Dishes come out really clean!
I have been using these crystals for a long time and you don't have to use much to get your dishes really clean. Just make sure your water is very hot and the dishes will come out really clean and spotless!

You really need very little for even large washes, so the bottle lasts a long time. Very economical.

Review
I have tried this 3 times now, using different amounts as recommended. My dishes do not come out clean or clear. Other dishwasher brand soaps work much better. I tried it again as seventh generation powder that I use with great results is now hard to find.
