Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the Lumière de Vie Cleansing Gel. I’m sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. You are correct that this cleanser is different from our the Lumière de Vie Facial Cleanser, the gel is infused with aloe, which may contribute to the scent you described as more masculine. When first launched, this product was part of our LDV Hommes line (which is now discontinued), but due to its popularity, we incorporated it into the main LDV collection. We apologize for any confusion with the product labeling and are working to update our system accordingly.

I also wanted to let you know that the Lumière de Vie Facial Cleanser was discontinued earlier this year and replaced by the Lumière de Vie Cleansing Gel. If the new Lumière de Vie Cleansing Gel isn’t the right fit for you, we also offer other cleanser options in our Skintelligence, Cellular Labs, and Timeless Prescription lines.
