該如何使用
將浴缸或水盆注滿清水。若要全身浸泡，建議使用標準浴缸。針對局部舒緩，選用小型水盆即可。
每5加侖水量加入1粒沐浴錠（標準浴缸約需15-20粒）。
待沐浴錠完全溶解後入浴。為達最佳效果，建議使用溫水。
浸泡15-20分鐘效果最佳。請勿食用沐浴錠。請於室溫下存放在涼爽乾燥處。

loving the skin im in!
i have had 3 baths so far n I'm loving my skin . I live in the north where the air is getting dry now and your skin gets itchy n dry also. I'm not one to take baths either but the way my skin feels its bath time at least 2 times or more a week now!

H2Tabs for the Bath
These change your mundane bath into a micro bubble environment that helps you get refreshed. I enjoyed this bath and I also add one tablet to my five gallon bucket of ice water for my icy cold shower. It takes one tablet for each five gallons. I used 5 for my warm bath! Enjoy hydrogen water for the bath!
