什麼是經前症候群(PMS)？
經前症候群(PMS)是一個女性會經歷的自然生理過程。可在經期前兩週就開始，且與荷爾蒙缺乏或過多有關。經前症候群的症狀包括易怒與壓力、腹脹、胸部脹痛、腹部不適、易感悲傷、短期疲倦、頭痛、敵意、睡眠障礙、關節不適、情緒波動以及神經緊張。經前症候群與荷爾蒙不足或過量、壓力、體重增加、營養缺乏及其他營養或生活方式因素有關。

什麼是更年期？
