Isotonix™ Digestive Enzymes Plus Powder contains a blend of a variety of enzymes to help digest sugars, carbohydrates, proteins, lipids and more.
Directions for Use
Pour 1 level, white bottle capful (3.3 g) of powder into a cup.
Add water 60 mL of water and stir.
Take once daily or as directed by your doctor/pharmacist. Take with or immediately following a meal.

肠胃不太好的朋友真的可以试试看！以前我经常胃胀气、一直打嗝，尤其吃太饱的时候，感觉食物卡在胃里很久，特别不舒服。
