  • The fish oil in H&H™ Essential Omega III with Vitamin E comes from anchovies. Not only do anchovies have a high omega-3 content, but they also have high content of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

  • Each softgel contains:

    Fish oil: 1,500 mg (Equiv. Eicosapentaenoic acid 450 mg) (Equiv. Docosahexaenoic acid 300 mg)
    Tocopherol, D-alpha: 7.72 mg (Equiv. Vitamin E 11.5. IU)

    Source of softgel: Bovine gelatin

    Contains: Fish (sardines and anchovies).

Fish oils are rich sources of the omega-3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexanenoic acid).
