    TLS™ NutriShakes are formulated to deliver a good balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats in every serving. These shakes also are a good source of fiber and calcium, while delivering over 1/3 of the recommended daily values for 22 different vitamins and minerals.

  • Creamy Vanilla Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate (milk), soy protein isolate, resistant maltodextrin (Fibersol™-2)†, emulsifier (sunflower oil creamer), natural and artificial vanilla flavor (3.1%), dicalcium phosphate, potassium citrate, thickener (gum blend [cellulose gum, xanthan gum and carrageenan]), magnesium oxide, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sodium chloride, sweetener (sucralose), ascorbic acid, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate, molybdenum yeast, biotin, vitamin A palmitate, niacinamide, zinc oxide, d-calcium pantothenate, manganese sulfate, cupric sulfate, folic acid, cholecalciferol, sodium selenate, pyridoxine HCl, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, maltodextrin, chromium picolinate, cyanocobalamin, potassium iodide, thickener (apple pectin, citrus pectin), natural vanilla flavor (<1%), rice bran and pea protein isolate.

Directions for Use

For a creamy shake, add 2 scoops of powder to 8 oz/240 ml of cold water or low-fat milk.

Mix vigorously until smooth. For optimum taste, mix in a blender. If needed, adjust amount of liquid to desired level of thickness. Best served chilled or over ice.
