What is a free radical?
A free radical is a molecule with an unpaired electron in its outermost shell. These unpaired electrons tend to be highly reactive, resulting in chemical reactions such as oxidation. Because they have one or more unpaired electrons, free radicals are highly unstable. They scavenge the body to grab or donate electrons, impacting cells, proteins and DNA. Free radicals are naturally occurring; however, air pollution, stress, smoking, heavy exercising and aging all contribute to the creation of harmful free radicals. Free radicals can cause oxidative stress in the body. OPC chews
I had gotten these originally for traveling, so I wouldn't need to carry and mix the powdered opc.
These taste good, chew easy and provide the antioxidants same as the powder but travel better.

I’ve been using this product for my autistic grandson since 2007, It has worked wonders on him; better concentration, decreased hyperactivity, excellent health.
