Perfect cool tones!!
Motives eye shadow is a premium shadow. It has great coverage on the eye. Holds well thru out the day/evening. Love the cool tones! Very easy to use!

Love my new eye shadow
I had eye surgery last month and was so excited to be able to wear eye shadow again. My eyes look very nice with the eye shado on.

muddy color :(
Thank god for trial makeup. I had a bridal party and they were excited to try this palette out as the first clients to use it. Sadly once applied the colors looked muddy very quickly. The light colors go on way darker than they look and everything just sort of lost definition once on the eye lid. The colors appear in the palette as having enough contrast but it’s not how they apply. I do feel previous motives palettes were of better color quality than this one. I truly hope what’s next is better and this isn’t the new standard.
If I were to use this palette I would have to pull lighter colors from another to really create proper definition of color on the eyelid.

Thank you for your feedback about Motives The Cool Tones palette. We're sorry you had a poor experience with it. We would suggest priming with our Motives Sculpting Concealer before application as well as setting with our No More Shine Setting Spray. Hopefully this will help with applications in the future.
