請問常青薑黃可以跟舒寧或好眠一起食用嗎？一起食用會有睡不著的問題嗎？

感謝您聯絡美安台灣公司。Curcuma™薑黃膠囊食品(含薑黃素)、美安常青配方®膠囊食品及ZZZ’S晚安好眠雙層錠狀食品此三種產品之間沒有存在使用禁忌。但由於愛尚它益善™舒寧配方粉末食品為等滲透系列產品，我們不建議在飲用愛尚它®等滲透系列產品時同時食用其他錠劑產品。而ZZZ’S晚安好眠雙層錠狀食品及愛尚它益善™舒寧配方粉末食品則建議依據自身需求擇一於睡前食用即可。此外，請您於食用此四項產品前先閱讀產品標籤上的注意事項，以了解相關食用注意事項。如果您患有疾病或正服用處方藥物，或為懷孕或哺乳期婦女，使用本品前，請先諮詢醫護人員意見。謝謝您。
