The dark layer of ZZZ’S Night-Night Double Layer Tablets is its controlled-release layer. It uses a blend of 'sticky substances', such as D-mannitol and isomalt, to allow the controlled-release layer to dissolve slowly.

Fast disintegrating layer: After consumption, within 5-15 minutes, it 'rapidly releases' several components–oat powder, Happy Banana® peel complex, passion fruit extract, and walnut extract. These can regulate physiological function and assist with sleep induction.

Controlled-release layer: After consumption, it continues to release Happy Banana® peel complex, glutamate fermentation product, and barley grass powder for 6-8 hours. Banana peel extract can regulate physiological function and help with a good night's sleep.
