• How do I apply Motives® Lip Liners?

  Line your lips starting from the Cupid’s bow, then use your fingertip to perfect and blend. Wear alone as an all-over lip color or under your favorite lipstick or lip gloss.

• Why is using a lip liner important?

  Applying a lip pencil before your lipstick will help keep the color from bleeding. You can also utilize the lip pencil to make lips look fuller or smaller. To achieve fuller-looking lips, apply just outside your natural lip line. To make lips appear smaller, apply foundation to the outer edges of your lip and draw a lip shape just inside your natural lip line.

• What colors do Motives Lip Liners come in?

  Motives Lip Liner is offered in these beautiful shades: Rose, Latte and Contour. All three colors complement skin tones to create a perfect neutral base for your lip color.
