Directions for Use

Pour 1 small capful (3.3 g) of Isotonix® Advanced B-Complex Powder into a cup.

  • Pour one (1) level, white bottle capful of powder into the overcap. Add water to the line on the overcap (60 ml) and stir. 喝起來比柳橙汁酸一點，但是可接受
