Directions for use

Step 1

Pour 1 small capful (3.3 g) of Isotonix Calcium Plus Powder into a cup.

Add 60 ml of water for each capful and mix.

Take twice daily,1 capful in the morning and 1 capful in the evening. Taking on an empty stomach is recommended.

產品很好，但是因為我常買鈣粉跟消化酵素罐裝，
兩個包裝都是藍色系，很容易拿錯！

請問： 維他命C可以跟鐵一起服用嗎（ 孕婦鐵那一瓶也是）

若在吃C的同時有服用鐵，「不能跟鈣片一起吃」，因為維他命C會促進食物或維他命裡的鐵劑吸收效率增加？
