This product has a great variety of good gut bugs that are so important to balance your health. It is not the colony count but the variety of gut bugs that all have different effects. I would encourage people to take a deep dive into the importance of the bacteria to overall health of each of the bacteria in this product. The list on this website is good but in reality the wellness benefits may be even more for some people. Then with the technology in this to improve delivery to the colon is amazing. Great results in improving form and regularity with this product showing an overall improvement in the health of the gut.

true GO NOW!!!
I wasn't feeling much different while I use this daily 2 times a day. However, I did feel going to bathroom feeling different if I don't take this product the night before. The gut feeling isn't right once I miss one night or nothing in a day. Having this for a week does feel smooth while going to the bathroom having number 2 but without it, for sure, the food eaten and feeling for next day, the gut is on protesting.
