Q: Any basic shopping information for China?
A: Packages are shipped daily, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) and delivery can be expected in 7-14 business days from the ship date. If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information provided, we will give you a refund minus a 25 percent processing fee; shipping/handling fee (if applicable) will not be refunded. If your order is requested to be reshipped due to an insufficient or incorrect delivery address, then re-delivery fee of max ¥150 will be charged prior to reshipping.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Free Shipping is provided to Preferred Customers.
Q: Can I use my PO Box as my delivery address?
A: Sorry, we cannot ship to your P.O. Box & will require a physical address.
Q: Any limitation in shipping the product into China?
A: Orders must be a minimum of ¥500 up to a maximum of ¥2000 in order to satisfy the personal consumption policy. In addition, no more than two (2) items per product SKU can be purchased in a single order. If an order is returned due to failure to pass customs clearance as a result of non-compliance with China’s Personal Postal Items Policy, Market America will refund the order amount. However, all related costs, including but not limited to shipping and handling fees, shall be the responsibility of the customer.
