成分
左旋麸醯胺酸
高蛋白质的食物,包括肉类、鱼类、豆类及乳制品,都是麸醯胺酸的极佳来源。左旋麸醯胺酸是一种胺基酸,为肠道的燃料来源。由于肠道细胞以麸醯胺酸为燃料,因此补充左旋麸醯胺酸可促进消化健康。
菊糖
