如何食用

肠胃道的好伴侣
肠胃不太好的朋友真的可以试试看！以前我经常胃胀气、一直打嗝，尤其吃太饱的时候，感觉食物卡在胃里很久，特别不舒服。
坚持喝了一段时间后，消化状况改善不少，胃胀气和打嗝的情况也少了很多😁
