NutriClean 7-Day Cleansing System is expertly designed to help combat the buildup of toxins over time.

Directions for Use

First and most importantly, be sure you are able to fully commit to the system for seven consecutive days. Additionally, drink plenty of water and other fluids throughout the day (a minimum of 32 fl oz, but optimally 64 fl oz daily).

Morning: Between 30 minutes before and two hours after your first meal of the day, take two Release capsules (from the blister pack). Additionally, mix one rounded scoop (11.4 g) of Advanced Fiber Powder in an 8 fl oz glass of cold water and stir briskly; drink immediately.

Bedtime: Consume the contents of one clear packet containing two HepatoCleanse capsules and two Release capsules. Repeat this cycle for seven consecutive days, taking the fiber powder and capsules at the same time each day.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Everyone’s body will react differently to the NutriClean System. Changes in bowel movements should occur within 24-48 hours. If satisfied, continue as directed. You may experience diarrhea if the balance of the Advanced Fiber Powder, Release capsules and water are not right for you. To relieve diarrhea, add an additional serving of Fiber Powder to your daily routine and stop taking the two Release capsules in the morning. If this does not relieve the diarrhea within 48 hours, discontinue use of this product and consult a physician.

  • Constipation may also occur if the balance of Fiber Powder, Release capsules and water is not right for you. To relieve constipation, increase your intake of water and other fluids, as well as fruits, vegetables and whole grains to increase your fiber intake. If the constipation persists, discontinue use of this product.

  • To support the effects of the NutriClean 7-Day Cleansing System, increase your intake of fruits, vegetables and whole grains, eat more natural foods and exercise regularly. Limit caffeinated beverages to one serving or cup per day and reduce your intake of protein — like eggs and meats (especially red meat) — because protein contains ammonia, which must filter through the liver. Limiting foods like eggs and meat helps decrease strain on the liver.

  • Processed foods and refined sugars: Eat fewer processed foods (canned and packaged foods, fortified foods and fast food). Avoiding refined sugars, such as cookies and crackers, can help decrease stimulation of insulin secretion during cleansing. Additionally, stay away from artificial sweeteners, MSG and any other ingredients that don’t occur naturally in foods to avoid additional stress on the liver.
    Smoking: Cigarettes contain thousands of toxic chemicals.
    Soft drinks: Phosphoric acid can upset the pH balance in your body. It can also pull much-needed calcium from the bones if you consume it in large quantities.
    Hydrogenated oils: Foods go through hydrogenation to increase their stability and storage time; this process increases the saturation of the fats in food. Margarines, spreads, cooking fats and commercially baked foods contain hydrogenated fats, which can increase cardiovascular-related risks.

  • Detoxification is a metabolic process in the body that involves the removal of toxins. The liver is the body’s primary filter for toxins. Healthy liver function can support healthy bile production and the detoxification of chemicals in the body into less harmful compounds; it can also support the normal transport of nutrients to the lymphocytes and phagocytes (two major types of immune cells) and promote the health of cell membranes.

  • Kidneys: filter out waste and toxins via urine
    Colon: excretes chemical solid waste so that it’s not recirculated into the bloodstream
    Lungs: filter out airborne toxins
    Skin: absorbs waste and releases toxins through sweat

At first I was skeptical because i thought this would be a difficult experience , but i was really surprised how gentle this cleanse was. As long as i followed the guidelines and focused on eating clean food, fruits, veggies and lean proteins .. and avoided anything processed.. i did not have to go to the bathroom too frequently

Overall i was able to slim down about .5-1.0" around my waistline and feel WAY less bloated and have better sleep and energy!

A "Must Have" in my wellness routine!

I love so much about this gentle cleanse, I try to do it at least twice a year, but if I find myself craving sweet foods and letting old eating habits sneak in, I will do it quarterly. By doing a focused 7-days of clean eating with the supplements that support healthy digestion, my cravings disappear and it helps jump start eating healthy again. Once I get past the first 2-3 days, I always notice more energy and feeling lighter. By the end of the 7th day I notice a huge difference. Highly recommend!

first time cleanse-- 4.5 lbs down!

i was nervous but it was very gentle and effective! down 4.5 lbs after the 7 days I will be back in abother 6 months to do it again
