Shipping Rules

Packages are shipped daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and delivery can be expected in 7-14 business days from the ship date. Taxes and duties (if applicable) will be required to be paid before delivery. Tracking numbers for orders will be assigned at the time the order is shipped but please allow 2-3 business days before online tracking results are available. Please be sure to put a valid daytime contact phone number and email address on your order to ensure prompt delivery.

U.S. pickup hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. Pickup orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Eastern time will be available for pickup the next day, excluding holidays and weekends. When picking up an order, you will be required to provide the order number and a valid ID matching the name on the order.
