I absolutely love these gummies and always take with me on my travels, so easy to take. I usually take in the evenings after my meal. It helps me with my bloatiness and digestion. It's a perfect combination and use of ACV and Ginger. Before the gummies I use to add a teaspoon of raw honey and a tablespoon of ACV to my Immune tea (also an Unfranchise product), which also has giner and other good stuff like turmeric, hibiscus etc. I still take that sometimes, but the gummies are too easy to take, no hassle, no denying! I highly recommend.
