Power in Tower
As a woman over 50, I’ve become much more intentional about maintaining my muscle and staying mentally sharp. After I started using Tower+ Protein & Creatine as part of my daily regimen I realized it is a great addition to my wellness plan.
The high‑quality protein is combined with creatine in one simple drink. It helps me stay consistent with getting enough protein to support healthy muscle as I stay active. It is easy to mix and tastes great. Since adding it to my routine, I feel more supported in maintaining my strength and keeping up with my workouts.

I REALLY LOVED this protein shake for all its wonderful ingredients until they changed the sourcing of the whey. Now the taste is on the sour side and no longer delicious:(

Protein goals & muscle mass
It’s hard to meet my protein goals on diet alone. I love that this shake has 30 grams of protein. Plus- the 3 grams of creatine are a game changer. This product helps me work out harder and build more muscle mass. It also tastes great!!

I’ve tried several protein powders This one mixes in very well. Doesn’t have the chalk taste. Plus it has creatine.
